Our picks are made to mirror the season and its occasions. The varietals, vintages, producers, and regions are always changing and are always delicious.
Each month, your wines will be paired with a description of each of your bottles and a little background on their producers as well as food pairing suggestions. We are happy to accommodate preferences.

Burgundy, France / Pinot Noir / This historic estate was established in 1834. Claude de Nicolay took over from her mother as winemaker in 1988 and currently produces wines from one of the Côte d'Or's great terroirs, the hill of Corton and its surrounding villages. Corton is just north of Beaune and it's easy to spot, as it's a big hill with a forest on top bringing a unique biodiversity to the area. Herbicides and pesticides have not been used in the vineyards since the 1980’s and by 2005, the vineyard management was fully biodynamic thanks to Claude’s brother François. The brother-sister team are quite curious and consistently striving with biodynamic practices to acheive the best soil health and expression from their terroir.
